Marketing Knowledge Systems & AI-Augmented Decision Making & Organizational Memory & Causal Inference & Analytical Modeling

My research investigates how firms acquire, validate, and act on market knowledge, and how AI is transforming this process. My dissertation, Leveraging Large Language Models in Marketing Analytics, examines this from two sides: how firms can embed enterprise knowledge into AI-enabled analytics to improve marketing decisions, and how LLMs can be used to measure the alignment between what firms say and what consumers say, with consequences for product sales. I also study pricing and distribution strategy, as well as online review dynamics.
